TOG Rating Guide

TOG measures how much warmth a sleep bag adds. Match the rating to the room temperature rather than to the season, and always dress the baby in a light base layer underneath.

Choosing between two sizes? Start with the weight range, then check the neckline. Gently bring the neckline toward the baby's nose and release it. If it settles below the chin, the fit is safe. If it stays over the mouth or nose, stay in the smaller size — never size up while the neckline covers the face.
